Using the Bookmarklet with Frames Option
1. After installing the bookmarklet with frames version, to bookmark content simply navigate to a page and click on the Bookmark & Share (fr) bookmarklet. In the example below, www.collegehumor.com is being bookmarked.
2. To begin, login with your OnlyWire account.
3. Change the bookmark title if you wish, add tags and a description.
4. You can add tags you have used before by simply selecting them from the “My Tags” area highlighted below the “Tags” dialog box.
5. Click on the Post Link To… button and specify the networks you’d like to receive the content.
6. Click Bookmark and you will be prompted with the following message and shortly be redirected back to the site you were browsing.
Using the Bookmarklet With No Frames Option (no fr)
1. Using the same website from the previous example (www.collegehumor.com), Click on the Bookmark & Share (no fr) bookmarklet.
2. You will be redirected to the OnlyWire page seen below. Login with your OnlyWire user name and password.
3. Select the networks that you wish to submit the link to. See the below example where all the networks are selected.
4. Scroll down the page below the networks and add a title, tags and description to your submission. This will ensure that the submission is successfully added to the various networks. Then simply click the “Bookmark” button to complete the submission.
5. Alternatively, you can email the link to anyone you please by clicking the Bookmark Share button at the top of the page. After filling out the recipients, email subject and message click send.
6. After clicking “Bookmark” or ” Send” you will be led to a new page and given the following message before being redirected to the page you bookmarked.
Using the FireFox Add-on
The add on combines the features of both versions of the bookmarklets and features the following options that link to various OnlyWire areas:
Bookmark & Share (frames)
Bookmark & Share (no frames)
Sign In/ Sign Out
Setup Bookmarking Sites
My Account…
These options function exactly as their bookmarklet counterparts.
After Submitting your bookmarks you can login to your OnlyWire account and view and manage your bookmarking history to check failure/success or finalize any submissions that require an additional step.
