How Do I Clear My Waiting Submissions In The Queue?

Windows

Please follow the steps below to clear your queue:

Right click on the OnlyWire Icon in your Windows system tray at the bottom right corner of the screen.  Select “Authorize Accounts”.  Type in your OnlyWire username in the space provided and click the “Add” button. Make sure you type in your OnlyWire Username in all lower case letters.

Right click on the OnlyWire Icon in your Windows system tray and select “Check for Work”.   This will start the process of clearing your queue. For Reddit and Linkedin a captcha popup window will appear on your screen, you will need to fill in the captcha info to finalize these submissions.

Macintosh

Please follow the steps below to clear your queue:

Click on the OnlyWire Icon on the menu bar in the upper right corner of the screen or the actions menu in the upper left.  Select “Authorize Accounts”.  Type in your OnlyWire username in the space provided and click the “Add” button.
