Fees and Payments

The fees charged by OnlyWire are referred to as Subscription Fees. OnlyWire Subscription Fees will continue and renew automatically unless terminated by OnlyWire or until you cancel your account online or notify OnlyWire via email or contact form at http://www.onlywire.com/contact. You may upgrade or cancel your account at any time. Monthly and Annual fees for your subscription will be billed automatically to the credit card designated during the signup process for OnlyWire, or subsequently designated to OnlyWire at the start of the subscription period and at the start of each renewal period, unless you terminate your subscription before the relevant period begins. If you upgrade your account during any month, you will only be charged the difference between the upgraded monthly plan amount and your previous monthly plan based upon the number of days left in the month. The full amount of the new upgrade plan will be charged monthly thereafter. This will also change the start date of your new billing cycle to the date you upgraded. You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your subscription for OnlyWire.com (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. A standard monthly billing cycle is 30 days. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. OnlyWire may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving you written advanced notice. All fees and charges incurred in connection with your user name and password will be billed to the credit card designated during the registration process for OnlyWire.com or subsequently designated to OnlyWire. You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access OnlyWire.com through an Internet access provider or other third party service. You are responsible for paying amounts billed by OnlyWire to your credit card for Subscription Fees. This Agreement is personal to you, is your obligation and therefore, you may not assign your rights or obligations of this to anyone.

Credit Cards

As a condition to your right to use the OnlyWire service, you must provide us with a valid credit card number belonging to you with available credit sufficient to pay the applicable fees. In the event that you cancel this credit card or it is otherwise terminated, you must immediately provide us with a new valid credit card number. You authorize us from time to time, to undertake steps to determine whether the credit card number you have provided to us is a valid card number. In the event that you do not provide us with a current valid credit card number with sufficient credit upon request during the effective period of this Agreement, you will be in violation of this Agreement, and we may terminate this Agreement with you. In the event that you provide us with a debit card number instead of a credit card number, you authorize us to make all charges described in this Agreement to your debit card account. By checking the box below, you indicate that you have read the above subscription agreement, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and agree with its terms and conditions.
