Installing The OnlyWire Bookmark & Share Button On A WordPress Blog
We currently do not support WordPress MU (MultiUser). You must install the OnlyWire Submitter application on your computer to process any submissions that are made.
WordPress.com Hosted Site
1. If you have a wordpress.com hosted site go to http://www.onlywire.com/thebutton and select WordPress as your button type.
2. Configure your button’s services, size & style, colors and the expanded button options.
Select which services you wish to submit your blog posts to and allow your audience to submit to as well.
You can change the size, look and features of the button.
3. Click on “Get Your Button” and copy the code that is created.
4. Log into your wordpress.com account.
5. From the dashboard, click on “Appearance” then choose “Widgets”
6. Scroll down the list of available widgets and drag and drop the “Text” widget to the sidebar.
7. Click on the text box and add a title. In the description field copy and paste your code generated from the button configuration tool. You will need to fill in three pieces of information in the code: (insert url), (insert title), (insert tags). For example, find (insert url) in the code and replace it with your URL.
(insert url) = Full Web Address to Your Page
(insert title) = Title of Your Submission
(insert tags) = Suggested tags (space separated, e.g tags=music songs “michael jackson” guitar)
8. Click on Save. It should look like the image below
9. Close the window and click on “visit site” at the top of your dashboard to view your blog. You should see the OnlyWire Button on your sidebar.
WordPress Self Hosted Site
If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog with plugin support, download the OnlyWire plugin from WordPress.org. You must install the OnlyWire Submitter application on your computer to process any submissions that are made.

1. Click on the above link to WordPress.org and click on the Download button. Select “Save File” and click OK to download the file. The file you download will have a different name than the screen shot below.
2. Unzip the file and upload the folder onlywire-bookmark-share-button to your WordPress plugin directory located in wordpress/wp content/plugins folder.
3. Login to the dashboard of your blog 
and click on Plugins.
4. Scroll down to the OnlyWire for WordPress Plugin and select “Activate”.
5. Click on “Visit Site” at the top of your dashboard next to your blog name.
6. You should now see your OnlyWire button at the bottom of every blogpost.
How To Enable The Autosubmit Capability For The OnlyWire For WordPress Plugin
1. Login to the dashboard of your blog and click on Plugins.
2. Scroll down to the OnlyWire for WordPress Plugin and select Settings.
3. Enter your OnlyWire username and password in the fields provided in the settings.
Hint: Enter your username in all lowercase letters.
4. Click the “Save Changes” Button at the bottom of the screen.
Now you are ready to autosubmit. The OnlyWire For WordPress Plugin will only autosubmit new posts you make with WordPress. Scheduled posts and automated posts are not autosubmitted.
How To Remove The OnlyWire Bookmark & Share Button From Your WordPress Posts
1. Login to the dashboard of your blog and click on Plugins.
2. Scroll down to the OnlyWire for WordPress Plugin and select “Settings”.
3. Remove the check mark from the check box next to Show Bookmark & Share Button.
4. Click the “Save Changes” Button at the bottom of the screen.
The Bookmark & Share button will no longer appear below each WordPress post.
