How Do I Use The My Account Page?
Purpose:
The My Account page is where you can update your account information and view your plan subscription. Also, you can monitor your billing and daily submission usage.

Use:
You can update your account details like e-mail, web address, credit card information, and password. To do this type in your updated information, and then click the save button at the bottom of the screen.
Also, you can switch your plan to meet your submission needs. To do this click the Switch Rate Plan button. Select your new plan and choose upgrade.
Usage
You can monitor your billing and daily submission usage. To do this click the Usage button. The number of submissions you find at the top of the Usage page is the amount of submissions you have made this billing period. A billing period is 30 days from your last payment to us. If you go over your billing period plan amount, you are charged $.05 per submission. This allows you to make additional submissions for the billing period without having to increase your regular plan subscription fee.
Below the billing period number of submissions you will find the daily number of submissions. This is the actual amount of submissions you have made for each day. You can see daily usage for Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, and Last 60 days.
Enterprise Edition User Accounts
You can update your account details like e-mail, web address, and password. To do this type in your updated information, and then click the save button at the bottom of the screen.

You can’t change your plan subscription. Only your Enterprise Administrator can change your plan subscription.
Enterprise Edition Administrator Features:
You can create new users. To do this click the Users button and then the Add User button. Fill in all the information for the new user. Click the Add User button at the bottom of the screen to create the new user.

You can delete old users. To do this click the Users button and the Delete User button next to the user you want to delete.

You can update the account details like e-mail, web address, and password for each of your users. To do this click the Users button and the Edit User button next to the user you want to edit. Type in your updated information, and then click the save button at the bottom of the screen.
