How Do I Use The LiveWire Page?
LiveWire allows you to Monitor and Respond to all your post comments with a: Response, Like/Favorite, Delete, or Flag (to respond to later). LiveWire works with Facebook Profiles, Pages, Groups, and Twitter.
Important: You need go to the OnlyWire Services page https://onlywire.com/services and reactivate your Facebook Profile, Pages, Groups and Twitter to enable LiveWire for these social networks.
Once you have made a post to a Facebook Profile, Page, Group or Twitter just click on “LiveWire” to monitor all the comments made on that post. By default, LiveWire allows you to view the last 7 days of comments on your posts. You can view up to a maximum of 30 days of comments.
To read the comments for a specific post click on the plus symbol next to the post. This will list all of the social networks that have received comments.
Click on the social network you would like to view comments for.
To “Reply” to a comment enter your comment in the box provided. To send your comment press the enter key on your keyboard.
To “Like” a comment click the word Like under a comment. To “Unlike” a comment click the word Unlike under a comment.
To “Flag” a comment for later review click the Flag next to a comment.
To “Delete” a comment check the check box next to the comment, or comments you would like to delete. Click the Delete button. You will need to refresh and reload your browser page to see your changes take effect.
You can sort the comments you have received by adjusting the sort criteria and clicking Apply Filter. You can sort the comments by Days Old, Service, and Type.
Enterprise Edition Administrator Features:
The Enterprise Administrator can view comments for each sub account by selecting the account on the Filter Bar and clicking Apply Filter.
